This site belongs to Elio Fernandes (Mvuemba Fernando Bemvindo), based in Porto, Portugal, who is responsible for your data. There are no public comments and no user accounts.

    Newsletter: what I collect

    • — Your email address.
    • — The date you gave consent and the date you confirmed.
    • — The page where you subscribed and your language.
    • — Your subscription status (waiting, confirmed, cancelled).
    • — A one-way scrambled code of your IP address, only to block abuse. I can't turn it back into your IP.

    Why

Only to send you the newsletter you asked for (legal basis: your consent, GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). You confirm twice: on the form and through the link in your inbox. This list is personal and is never shared, sold or mixed with Flix Home or Painstack.ai lists.

    How long

Unconfirmed signups are deleted after 7 days. Confirmed subscriptions are kept until you leave. After you unsubscribe, I keep only the minimum record needed to prove I respected your choice, and delete it on request.

    Who helps me

Data is stored on secure servers. Emails are sent by Lovable's email service. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is filled by a person.

    Security records

To protect the site against attacks, technical access records (such as addresses and pages requested) may be reviewed for a short time, based on my legitimate interest in keeping the site safe (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). They are not used for anything else and are not kept by me.

    Cookies

No advertising or tracking cookies. Only strictly necessary technical storage (anti-bot check and the author's panel sign-in).

    Transfers outside the EU

Some service providers may process data outside the European Union. When that happens, it is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

    Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or take a copy of your data, withdraw consent at any time (every email has a one-click unsubscribe link), and complain to the Portuguese data authority (CNPD, cnpd.pt). To exercise any right, write to hello@mvfernando.me or use the privacy request form. I answer within one month.
